Terms of service

Summary terms for the Vellaci platform. Enterprise customers receive a negotiated agreement.

Service. Vellaci provides software to operate, document, monitor and evidence product-security and Cyber Resilience Act processes. Vellaci does not provide legal advice, conformity assessment or regulatory submissions on the customer's behalf. Reportability decisions and official submissions are performed by the customer.

Accounts and access. Customers are responsible for their users, roles and credentials. Multi-factor authentication is available and may be enforced per organisation.

Customer data. The customer owns its workspace data and may export it at any time. Vellaci processes it only to provide the service, under the data processing agreement.

Subscriptions. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. If a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only while remaining readable and exportable.

Acceptable use. No uploading of malicious content, no attempts to access other tenants, no use for unlawful purposes.

Provider. The service is provided by the entity identified in the imprint. Swiss law applies unless a negotiated agreement provides otherwise.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Vellaci's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Vellaci is not liable for regulatory outcomes, which depend on the customer's own decisions and submissions.
