What gets auto-logged
- Conversation peer Threema ID
- Message timestamps
- Direction (incoming / outgoing)
- Optional: typing-status frequency as a closeness signal
Setup (6 minutes)
- Enable Threema Safe — Threema → Settings → Threema Safe → set up. This produces an encrypted on-device export.
- Run the Vellaci Threema helper — From your Vellaci dashboard → Integrations → Threema → 'Get the helper'. macOS / iOS / Android. Runs locally only.
- Map IDs to contacts — Vellaci shows your peer Threema IDs. Drag each onto the matching contact — or skip and stay anonymous.
- Verify on the dashboard — Open a contact whose Threema ID you mapped. Last-touch should reflect your most recent Threema exchange.
Privacy
Threema is a Swiss end-to-end encrypted messenger. Vellaci never touches the Threema servers and never sees message content. The export runs on your device; only metadata (peer ID, timestamps) syncs to your Vellaci org — and only if you opt in.
What this unlocks
- Track the relationships that actually live on Threema — common in Swiss / DACH households and companies.
- End-to-end encrypted privacy posture preserved end-to-end.
- Last-touch tracking even when the message body never leaves the device.
